Emergency Contact

There are 2 options for emergencies:

For minor emergencies such as cat bite wounds you may drop off your cat in the morning any time after 8:00am Monday to Friday or 9:00am Saturday and the veterinarian on duty will assess and treat your cat  as quickly as possible during the morning. The vet will then contact you to discuss what treatment is needed and you can pick your cat up later that day. If possible, leave us a voicemail that you are planning to drop your cat off ( 519-821-2287).

For major emergencies, contact the  Veterinary Emergency Clinic of Waterloo  Region at 519-670-1617. They are located at 405 Maple Grove Rd in Cambridge, fairly close to Costco. It is about a 15 minute drive. They provide a fully staffed hopsital that  opens at 6:00pm each weeknight and is open 24 hours on weekends and holidays.

The most direct route is to go out Hyw 24( Regional Rd 124) all the way to Maple Grove Rd and turn right on Maple Grove.
